Graphic Design Fall 2019

graphic design

 Create a graphic

  • Your choice- you are going to create at least 1 graphic(s) that will be posted online (Medford Public Schools/City of Medford social media):
    1. Happy Thanksgiving
    2. Veterans Day recognition
    3. Medford vs Malden 132nd Thanksgiving Football Game
    4. Go Mustangs! (something to run for our school sports during any season)
    5. Facebook or Twitter cover photo for City of Medford or profile pic
    6. Something you decide- school or Medford related
  • Something you want to do, not school or Medford related; some ideas:
Create a monthly-theme graphic (see Smashing Magazine examples  for inspiration)
    Create a logo for something
Create a graphic for a school or personal project
Something fun in Canva (see link below; pick a template or theme)
Whatever else you want to do
  • To create these: you can use Pixlr.com  (Editor or Express), Microsoft Paint (on computer), or Canva  (you will need a free account, can sign in with Google), or Google (Docs, Drawings, Slides)
  • Get your images from: Medford’s Facebook page , Pexels , Unsplash , or Bing.com  (do image search, then filter to free to share and use).
  • When you finish: Email it to me (agoldsberry@medford.k12.ma.us).
