There is still time for extra credit (up to five points) if you follow @MHSCoders on Twitter and tweet.  These tweets must be relevant to our class topics and discussion OR to what I’ve posted to our Twitter account.  You can reply, retweet, or compose a new tweet @MHSCoders.

3.  Finish your HTML quarterly exam

4.  First quarter review activity

You have done a lot of work this quarter!  Remember:

– Blogging on the class website and learning WordPress

– Finding license appropriate pictures with Bing.com and editing them with Pixlr.com

– Using Notepad++ to create a basic webpage and learning HTML

– Building a LinkedIn profile

– Using Rebel Mouse or Storify for digital story-telling and social media curation

– Developing a moral-ethical framework to evaluate issues surrounding technology and other issues

Now is a time to reflect on what you’ve learned.  Take a few minutes to think about the first quarter and what you got out of it.  Consider:

– Your favorite activity and why

– The most important or interesting or useful thing you learned

– Progress you have made toward your goals

Choose a tool or medium to make something that highlights what you have learned.  You can:

– Make a collage like did you for your goals (materials on back shelf)

– Use Pixlr.com to create an image, graphic, or collage

– Use Storify to curate tweets or other social media content that demonstrate what you’ve learned

– Write a post on your page on the class website (remember these?)

– Write a paragraph (on computer or on paper)
