4. Ethics Bowl on Thursday
Tufts University has approached Medford High School with an offer for a new collaboration. Tufts would like to work with high school students (current sophomores and juniors) who are interested in forming an ethics bowl team. This would be an afterschool program with Tufts liaisons. Students would learn about the principles of ethical decision making and would participate as a team in competitive ethics bowls throughout the year.
In order to better demonstrate this new activity, Tufts University representatives who are leading this initiative will be coming to Medford High School on Thursday, April 25. They will be here Period 3 and 5 to speak about and demonstrate the proposed activity.

7. You are going to create a visual QR code for any site you want. When you are done, it will be printed out and hung up in the classroom.
– First, determine the site you want to use. Then, find and download a logo or image that represents the site.
– Go to the following site: http://www.visualead.com/.
– Click “Create yours now”
– Copy and paste the link to the site you are using and then click next
– Click “Browse your files and folders” to upload an image to use.
– Then you can change the color and drag the box around to get what you want for your design
– Once you have done this, DO NOT go any further! Let me know and I will take a picture of it and test it with the scanner on the iPad to make sure it works.
