Your third quarter grade will be based on the following:

Quiz(zes) (10%)– Two online “quizzes”- Mid-year feedback form and design evaluations of different websites

Class participation (10%)

Effort put into your work (10%)

In class work (20%)– All of the work and activities we do in class. This quarter included practicing with the different Adobe programs, experimenting with external style sheets, and gathering footage of the Science Fair and Japanese student visit.

Projects (50%)– Two projects- the joint Graphic Arts webpage project and your notepads at the beginning of the quarter; the website re-creation project you just completed

Congratulations- I saw increased effort and skill by EVERYONE this quarter and some students’ grades have improved as a result.

Remember– On your report card (which you will receive April 24) you will see a grade for the third quarter and a cumulative grade. While the third quarter grade might be higher than last quarter your cumulative grade might not change. You will need to have a good fourth quarter to see the cumulative grade improve.
