https://www.edx.org/ – edX offers incredible courses from Harvard & MIT, among other universities. I took a great computer science course, CS50, on edX a few years ago. I recommend CS50 for computer science and programming (not so much web development). However, there are tons of web development courses on edX. You just have to look to see what interests you. Everything is free unless you want a certificate. Most courses let you work at your own pace.
